B.Ed. stands for an undergraduate academic course known as “Bachelor of Education”. It is a course for those who are interested in pursue career in teaching & related fields. The B.Ed. degree is mandatory for teaching in higher primary schools and high schools.
Here in LBS we are offering Science, Commerce & Arts streams for B.Ed. Our efforts at the college are focused on transforming the personality of women into teachers of unfathomable and splendid capacities to let them eventually make a difference in the lives of children they teach and the quality of education they impart. In addition, we encourage participants in the program to unleash their creativity, strive to implant in them inputs for better children handling and enhanced grievance receptiveness, as according to our belief system, the more developed qualitative traits a teacher has, more the benefit that accrues to children to be taught by them.

Our college has a well-equipped science lab, where equipment’s for conducting practical of science subjects –Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Science practical’s are conducted under the supervision of concerned teacher and lab technicians. Proper safety measures are taken in the lab at the time of conducting the practical sessions. Psychology lab has tools for conducting intelligent tests and memory tests.
For each & every student, it is compulsory to undergo “Training of Computer Application”. An additional fee fixed by the college is to be paid by the student for this activity. The college has a well-equipped computer lab where each student is given individual PC for hands on experience. The practical training is given by technical experts.
The College has a proper ground for the students to play Volley-Ball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Badminton, etc. It is compulsory for the students to be present in the Games-Period. An attendance-record of the students would be maintained for Sports and Games.
According to the academic programme of the college, educational tours, camps picnics, cultural trips would be organized. Additional charges would be taken for the conduction of these tours.
All the written and practical examination in the Psychological lab would be conducted in the presence and guidance of the concerned teacher and psychological lab assistance.
There is a language lab in the college. It is based on the conception of personal development. The students would be taught and would be made to practice the correct pronunciation of Sanskrit, Hindi and English languages so as to improve their communication skills under the guidance of the language teacher.
